Price conditions
The prices are for two persons per night.
For each additional person we charge 10,00 €/night.

- Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge
- max. 4 persons in one holiday apartment
- per dog € 7,00/ day

Included in the price:
bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity, heating, final cleaning, all fees and taxes except the local tax.
The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance valid at the time of the stay in the municipal territory (0,85 € per person and day from the age of 14) and it is shown separately on the invoice upon departure.

Dogs
Dogs are only allowed in the apartments Mendel, Mustang and Seeblick.

Booking
Please note: the booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm the booking (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Payment
We gladly accept your credit card (Euro/Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, CartaSi) or cash.
Conditions of arrival and departure
Arrival: the apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 15:00 o’clock. In case of a delay we are looking forward to a message from you.
Departure: on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. Other times on request.

Cancellations
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the contract under the following cancellation conditions according to the article 1382
ZGB:
• Up to 2 months before arrival the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. We keep the deposit.
• Until 30 days before arrival 40% of the booked travel rice
• Until 15 days before arrival 60% of the booked travel price
• In case of cancellations within 14 days before arrival, in case of no- show or premature departure of the guests, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your coming. Nevertheless, we recommend you that you take out the cancellation protection as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with complete peace of mind.
